Redownloads do not count toward any active plans that you do have, which means you never have to pay twice for something you already licensed.

The redownload process is simple and ensures that a customer will always have access to previously licensed content for free. By accessing your license history page, you will be able to view a record of all the files you have purchased and downloaded in the past. In order to redownload an image, video clip or music track, simply choose the redownload option by clicking on the three dots below the thumbnail. The initial purchase with Shutterstock also entitles an owner to redownload a different size of the image file later on.

In order to do this, simply click on an image thumbnail in your license history and select the size you prefer to download. Our available image sizes include:. When you download a file from Getty Images, you may notice that the file size is compressed. To view the uncompressed file size prior to download, refer to the Size Guide on your file's detailed information page.
