When is the last trumpet sounded

In Revelation we find seven Trumpet Judgments which take place during Tribulation, including the seventh:. Is this trumpet the same as the one Paul is describing in 1Cornithians 15?

While the two descriptions sound similar, they are not the same event. The trumpet of resurreciton and the trumpet judgments are two different events, which happen at different times, though both involve the use of a trumpet. In fact, these are very different trumpets.

First, the trumpet referenced in 1Corinthians 15 is one of the trumpets traditionally blown during the Jewish feast of Rosh Hashanah also called the Feast of Trumpets for that reason. The last trump is a well-known Jewish phrase of Paul's day referring to the final trumpet blown at this feast. Rosh Hashanah observance involves blowing a series of trumpets at the feast each year.

Paul was intimating that the feast of Rosh Hashanah pictures the Rapture of the Church. All seven feasts on the Jewish calendar picture aspects of God's redemptive plan, starting with Passover and ending with the Feast of Tabernacles. The Feast of Rosh Hashanah pictures the moment of the Church's resurrection also called the Rapture , which is why a trumpet is blown during the feast.

That tekiah gedolah is a prophetic picture of the trumpet that will blow at the Church's resurrection. On the other hand, the trumpets of the seven Trumpet Judgments are announcement blown by angels in Heaven during the latter half of Tribulation. I stay so mentally stressed working on letting it go sad for the billions of people that will not except Jesus Christ as Lord of Lord and King of Kings.

I just tried to post a nice long message to everyone about being kind to one another and cannot do so because the beast is telling me that my message contains spam words. Well, I just checked on the internet for what those words can be and the list is enormous. Pretty soon, satan will make it impossible for us to say anything kind to one another here on the net. I believe in what happened to you. For I have seen some strange evil occurances that happened to me. I know it had to of come from the devil.

I also have other bizarre things happen. I notice people getting meaner and lying become more abundant. This world and people are definitely changing. It scares me to think of what will happen next. Hardest thing to do is forgive and love thu enemy! Best to try to be good as you can. Though people try my patience.

Pray for goodness. Good to know their are still good people out there. Think what would Jesus do! If we look at as the return year the. The tribulation runs from — , then mid tribulation would be sometime in the middle of If trump regains office, his second term ends at the beginning of but the election is in November of We also have to remember, what is described in 1 Corinthians 15 is a different event than Matthew The t First trump of the two is donald.

Then the last trump, probably seven years later. By last it doesnt mean his last name is trump but that its the last leader of Gods nation before the collapse and rapture. Watch out for the left communistic hordes. It will be soon.

Not the same. God bless. I enjoyed reading what you had to say but I believe you entirely missed the obvious. One long continuos blast. There are seven main God appointed feasts. Jesus fulfilled the the first four spring feasts. The next to be fulfilled are the three fall feasts and the first is The Feast of Trumpets. Matthews account of a loud trump has do with the rapture as he sends his angels out to gather his elect from the whole earth.

I believe if you look up all the other Hebrew names for the Feast of Trumpets you will be amazed and say, how come I never saw this before. The author of 1 Corinthians 15 is not the same author of Matthew Saint Paul is speaking to the corinthians whom are gentiles. Jesus is speaking to his disciples in Matthew 24 whom are Jews. The rapture is before the 2nd coming of Christ, and is either before the tribulation or before mid tribulation.

Maybe think about Israel leaving Egyptian slavery. Just when the Egyptian army was about to destroy them at the Red Sea, the Lord parted the water, Israel crossed, and the army was destroyed. I believe we will all have to suffer through the tribulation, but faithful righteousness believers will be spared. And then at the last trump we will be changed.

I think will be the time of the rapture because Matthew 24 describes the event as an eclipse. You still have 3 and a half years of tribulation before the rapture and the great tribulation or Gods wrath after the rapture. There is an eclipse on April 8, I guess we will find out. Who would we rather be, if we are wrong? Someone that believes that the rapture will take place before the tribulation, or someone that wants to stay for the tribulation believing that the rapture happens at its end?

That choice is very different if you are asking who you would rather be, if you are wrong. That is, I say that Christ will come for me before the tribulation. You may say I am wrong, but even if I entertain the possibility that I am wrong, well, I am still fine. I will just repent and adjust my understanding. All is still fine for me. Of course, I am not wrong, Christ will come for his bride before the tribulation and return with us at his second coming after the tribulation.

But in this discussion, I am entertaining the possibility I am wrong, and yet, I am still fine if I am wrong. I simply recognize my error and still have time 7 years to get it right.

But such is not the same for someone that says they are going to stay for the tribulation, arguing as much that they want to stay for the tribulation, going so far as to misinterpret Gods Word to push that idea on others. Of course, I would say such people are wrong, and again, if we entertain the possibility that they are wrong, well, then they are in big trouble.

If they are wrong and choose to stay for the tribulation, well, then they missed the train. It will have already happened, and they choose to miss it.

So, even if you are just confused about what the word is saying about Christ coming for his bride, well, it just makes more sense to believe that the rapture will come before the tribulation.

If you are going to get it wrong, then get it wrong with no chance of missing the rapture. Of course, if you are Saved, then God will still take you with us when he comes for us before the tribulation. So, I am being a bit dramatic above. You can say all you want that you are sure that you will be here for the tribulation, but if you are saved God will take you at the beginning of the tribulation anyway.

Getting Salvation correct is much much more important. Get Salvation right, and then when the rapture happens Christ will come for you. The nations raged, but your wrath came, and the time for the dead to be judged, and for rewarding your servants, the prophets and saints, and those who fear your name, both small and great, and for destroying the destroyers of the earth.

And I will grant authority to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1, days, clothed in sackcloth. And if anyone would harm them, fire pours from their mouth and consumes their foes. If anyone would harm them, this is how he is doomed to be killed.

Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. But that in the days of the trumpet call to be sounded by the seventh angel, the mystery of God would be fulfilled, just as he announced to his servants the prophets. And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

On the morning of the third day there were thunders and lightnings and a thick cloud on the mountain and a very loud trumpet blast, so that all the people in the camp trembled. After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth, that no wind might blow on earth or sea or against any tree.

I tell you this, brothers: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Just as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the man of heaven.

Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.

You shall not do any ordinary work. It is a day for you to blow the trumpets,. And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.

She was pregnant and was crying out in birth pains and the agony of giving birth. And another sign appeared in heaven: behold, a great red dragon, with seven heads and ten horns, and on his heads seven diadems. His tail swept down a third of the stars of heaven and cast them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she bore her child he might devour it.

She gave birth to a male child, one who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron, but her child was caught up to God and to his throne, After this I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven! For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. He will swallow up death forever; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces, and the reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, for the Lord has spoken.

So the people took provisions in their hands, and their trumpets. And he sent all the rest of Israel every man to his tent, but retained the men. And the camp of Midian was below him in the valley. You shall do no work. It is a Sabbath to the Lord in all your dwelling places. In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at twilight, is the Lord 's Passover.

Then the sixth angel blew his trumpet, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar before God,. For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality.

O death, where is your sting? Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born? Seeing the crowds, he went up on the mountain, and when he sat down, his disciples came to him. Then the Lord will appear over them, and his arrow will go forth like lightning; the Lord God will sound the trumpet and will march forth in the whirlwinds of the south.

Seven priests shall bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark. On the seventh day you shall march around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets. Of hammered work you shall make them, and you shall use them for summoning the congregation and for breaking camp.

No hand shall touch him, but he shall be stoned or shot; whether beast or man, he shall not live. Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them. Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding in his hand the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain. And he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he might not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were ended.

After that he must be released for a little while. Then I saw thrones, and seated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands.

They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.
