In fact, it may surprise some to find out that most of the references to dancing in the Bible do not condemn it. But there are a few places where dancing is shown to be sinful. Dancing bolsters physical and mental health by helping to prevent falls, improve posture and flexibility, lift mood and ease anxiety.
